Orders

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@basketcrafts.shop We'll do our best to help, but once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I know if my order was successful? You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Where do you ship? We currently ship only within the United States

Is shipping free? Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders, with no minimum spend required.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days. In total, you can expect your order within approximately 4–8 business days.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details (where available).

What if my order is delayed? While we aim to meet our estimated timeframes, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues, high demand, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if needed.
